Poroshenko: Russian convoy is not humanitarian, this is intervention
The Ukrainian President said it presenting Startegy-2010 in Kiev on Thursday.
"The Russian convoy is not humanitarian. We consider it to be intervention into the Ukrainian territory and we must stop these actions,” censor.net.ua quotes Petro Poroshenko.
The white trucks were transporting ‘command equipment to Lugansk across the part of the border that was not under Ukraine’s control, he said.
Ukraine was ready to cooperate with Russia in the field of humanitarian aid, Poroshenko added. However, Russia refused both Ukraine and the Red Cross.
