Then they decided to examine the luggage – Lyabedzka had put posters and banners in his car after the entrepreneurs’ meeting. The police demanded that Lyabedzka followed them to Minsk Central District Department of the Interior.
The action was held in the centre of Minsk on February 28. Its participants gathered in October Square and held a meeting there. The people were protesting against Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s decree #222 because it had created serious obstacles to private entrepreneurs’ work.
