Dashkevich and Lobau’s sentences to be pronounced today
The judge will announce her decision at 11 a.m. on March 24.
Let us remind you that the prosecutor thinks that Dashkevich and Lobau’s guilt has been proved and demands to imprison the former for three years and the latter – for 5. In their turn, the youth activists’ lawyers think that the guys’ guilt has not been proved and demand to acquit them.
Zmitser Dashkevich and Edward Lobau are accused according to article #339 “Malicious hooliganism”. Both of them refuse to plead guilty.
