Belarusians hold a picket near PACE office in Strasbourg
According to the action's participant Ivan Dziashuk, they urge the European structures "to stop imitation of struggle with dictatorship in Belarus".
10 people participate in the picket - these are Belarusians from France, Germany and Belgium. They are holding white-red-white flags and posters with political slogans in English, and also handing out leaflets in English and French.
Let us remind you, PACE has adopted a resolution on Belarus today. The document "fully supports the EU's targeted sanctions, which should be expanded, and urges the countries of the Council of Europe to join them until all political prisoners are released and rehabilitated, and the repressions against the political opponents, representatives of the civil society and human rights defenders are stopped."
