Belarusian Supreme Court to consider BelSAT case today
Representatives of the company "BELSATplus" sued the TV-channel.
They claim that BelSAT TV-channel uses its trademark illegally. The plaintiffs do not require any financial compensation - they just want "Astra" satellite to stop broadcasting the signal of BelSAT TV-channel.
The previous hearings on this case was on November 11.
