US ambassador in Kiev: Yanukovich should not resign
Ukrainian President Victor Yanukovich should not resign because the country needs him for political reforms, US envoy in Kiev tells CNN.
U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt has expressed the opinion in an interview with CNN.
"President Yanukovich should lead the country to the future. It should be done with the help of a new government, changes in the Constitution and political system,” ITAR-TASS quotes the American diplomat.
