Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu to start studying criminal case papers today
Nyaklyayeu’s lawyer Uladzimir Bukshtynau has informed about it.
According to Uladzimir Bukshtynau, Nyaklyayeu will go to KGB to study his case today, informs BelaPAN.
The politician is under house arrest now. He was in KGB detention from December 20 till January 29.
Let us remind you that the preliminary investigation department of Minsk City Department of the Interior accused Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu, Alyaksandr Fyaduta, Syarhei Vaznyak, Andrei Dzmitryyeu, Vital Rymasheuski and Anastasiya Palazhanka according to another article – art. 342 of the Criminal Code (organization and preparation for actions rudely violating the order or active participation in them) on March 30.
According to the article, the maximum term of imprisonment is three years.
