Belarus – Europe’s inflation leader

Thus, July consumer prices in Belarus increased by 3.5% in comparison with June. The index totalled 0.5% in Estonia and Kazakhstan, 0.4% - in Germany and 0.3% - in the Czech Republic and Italy. There was no inflation in such states as Bulgaria, Ireland and Russia and the consumer prices stayed on the same level, reports BelTA.
Consumer prices have decreased in a number of countries: Slovakia – by 0.1%, Lithuania and Norway – by 0.2%, Latvia, Poland and Hungary – by 0.3%, Turkey – by 0.4%, Spain – by 0.5% and Ukraine – by 1.3%.
