Posh cars again block access to BSU after fire
Drivers disregard no-parking sign.
Even the dustcart has problems reaching BSU. The janitor told Euroradio:
“The dustcart arrives and has to move very carefully to avoid scratching the cars because the driver will be charged for scratches. This street is a problem. Even 19-yera-old students with driving licenses go to university by car - in cool jeeps."
A fire started in the BSU building in Revolutsionnaya Street on November 22. About 400 people were evacuated. Rescuers were unable to reach the building because of the cars parked nearby. They had to carry the equipment towards the building.
