Activist of CCP-BPF to stand trial in Byaroza today

The administrative case of the head of Byaroza affiliate of the Conservative Christian Party BPF – Halina Kavalevich – will be considered on September 6. The woman is accused of disobedience to the police during a silent protest action on July 13. She says that she was reading a newspaper on a bench near the city square at the moment of the dispersal. Policemen demanded her passport, but the woman only had her pension certificate on her. As a result, she was detained by the police, informs Radio Liberty.
