20 people detained in connection with Vitebsk blast
Only one of them is still in jail now.
Investigators are checking if the detained is connected with the explosion near the building of Vitsebsk Province KGB affiliate. Press secretary of the Investigation Committee Pavel Travulka has told Euroradio:

"Several people resembling the person recorded by the security camera were detained. All of them have already been let off. Only one person is still in jail. A decision about his fate will be taken after a check-up."
"About 20 people were detained", Travulka specified.
The explosion "of a self-made pyrotechnic device" occurred on the evening of November 11. Two windows were broken. A criminal case has been started.
