Belarusian IT companies lack 10K programmers
However, finding a qualified employee is not the main problem for them.
The biggest problem in this business is sticking to order terms, experts think. Programmers often fail to finish their work on time. Every fifth IT employee is facing this problem.
There are going to be 5% more university entrants wishing to become programmers this year (about 35 thousand people), Belarus 1 reports.
