Ministry of Justice: You cannot be punished for not violating the order
People who are standing in the square without violating the order cannot be subjected to responsibility. Minster of Justice Victar Halavanau has claimed it.
It is also not forbidden to applaud. However, lengthy applause for no reason – “should interest particular specialists and they may wish to study their health condition, - said the Minister.
However, if huge groups of people “simply stand” “or just applaud” in the square – it is different. In my opinion, their liberty ends here and the liberty of people returning home from work or wishing to have a rest or go for a walk with children in the square begins. Such a crowd will be in their way”, - informs the agency BelTA quoting the Minister.
In this case the police will ask the people who “are simply standing’ or “applauding” to do it in a different place. If they refuse to do it, policemen may detain such people for violating the order.
