Alexander Rar: Ukraine to become EU member state by 2020
The famous German political analyst thinks that our Southern neighbour may join the EU in 7 years.

At the same time, they are considering an opportunity of creating the common
space inside the EU for the countries like Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, - says
Rar. - At present, Ukraine's membership in the EU is not discussed yet, but
there are opportunities to facilitate this process. To achieve this, the
Ukrainian government should conduct a series of important reforms the sooner
the better.
According to Alexander Rar, President Victor Yanukovich (in the photo) said at
the recent summit Ukraine-EU that the question of the European integration of
Ukraine had been solved and was strategic.
