Pavel Tserashkovcih fired from EHU before contract expiration
The ex-head of the Senate has learnt it from an e-mail sent by pro-rector Bernardas Gailius.
It was announced that Pavel Tserashkovich’s contract would not be prolonged at the end for January. However, the teacher was fired from the university two months before his contract expiration date – on February 5.
The conflict between the EHU Senate and the university administration started in autumn 2013. A group of teachers opposed the reforms planned by rector Anatol Mihailau. Pavel Tserashkovich is one of the leaders of the opposition group For New EHU.
