Traffic to be banned in Winners Avenue and Arlouskaya Street in Minsk
Winners Avenue and Arlouskaya Street will be temporarily blocked in Minsk on Friday, November 6. It is connected with the inauguration of Alyaksandr Lukashenka in the Independence Palace. The ceremony will be held between 12.50 p.m. and 13.25 p.m. Public transport itineraries have been changed accordingly, BELTA reports. See here for more details.
The inauguration of the President of the Republic of Belarus will be conducted in the Independence Palace in Minsk, Euroradio reported earlier. The national TV channels will start broadcasting it live at 11.50 a.m.
