Zimouski suggests depriving of citizenship for calling for sanctions

The former head of the Belarusian State Broadcasting Company added on the EU black list discusses the Belarusian authorities’ latest initiative – the creation of the list of opposition members forbidden to leave the state for calling for sanctions. Alyaksandr Zimouski thinks that it is not the right punishment. In his opinion, only the threat of being deprived of the Belarusian citizenship “will help cool down the hotheads of the fifth column”.
