EU demands to release political prisoners again
It is a response to Lukashenka’s desire to deport all the discontented from Belarus.
Maja Kocijancic, press secretary of High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy of the European Union Catherine Ashton, has reacted to Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s statement. She has noted that the EU has heard a lot of the Belarusian President’s statements, however, the EU’s position remains simple. Europe demands that all political prisoners should be released and acquitted as soon as possible, informs Radio Liberty.
