Belarusian’s wage in Venezuela – 4.7 million rubles + 30 USD a day

9 graduates of Brest State technological University have left for Venezuela to work according to their 2-year assignment in Venezuela. Dzyanis, the brother of one of such “Venezuelans” – Alyaksandr Dashkevich, has told Euroradio that the guys were tempted by the exotics and lucrative jobs.

Dzyanіs Dashkevіch: “They were promised 900 dollars of allowance, that’s 30 dollars a day. And their wages will be 4.7 million rubles. You see, you get your assignment anyway after you graduate. And there is a crisis now and he wouldn’t have found a better job”.

According to Dzyanis, their parents did not object to his brother’s departure to Venezuela for two years much. The Belarusians will work as building and assembly masters at the construction of a micro district in Maracay. Alyaksandr is not married and does not have a girlfriend so nothing could keep him here. The only problem was personal security.

Dzyanіs Dashkevіch: “They were told not to go out much (out of the residence. – Euroradio) and that it was a bad idea to walk alone.  But we have read on the Internet that it was okay in the daytime and that there were different districts. You just should not “demonstrate” gold and valuables and everything will be all right”.

Euroradio has found out that three more Brest specialists will leave for Venezuela one of these days – workers from Construction Trust #8. The future head of a construction site in Maracay, Aleh Filipau, has confessed that he will make more money in Venezuela than at home.

Aleh Fіlіpau: “I am not afraid of business trips – they bring new meetings, acquaintances and impressions. I would not be able to visit South America otherwise! Furthermore, 6 months is not a long term but it will be enough to get acquainted with the country and its traditions. In the end, I will bring refrigerator magnets home!”.
