Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan adopt statement directed against sanctions
They can create obstacles on the way to the work of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space.
The statement highlights the fact that the economic sanctions directed against Belarus will have “negative consequences for ordinary citizens in the first place”, reports the website of the Council of Ministers of our country.
Let us remind you that the joint statement was adopted by the Russian and Belarusian leaders on February 24. It said that “the practice of imposing sanctions on the Republic of Belarus” by the EU and the USA was inadmissible.
The issue connected with the economic sanctions imposed on the Belarusian authorities will be considered at a meeting of the Council of the EU at the end of March.
