Government fails to re-register sole entrepreneurs

Belarus has ended the campaign to re-register sole entrepreneurs into private unitary enterprises on preferential conditions. Out of a total of 200,000 entrepreneurs across the country, only 7,000 people filed their re-registration applications, reports ONT. The registering offices were open even on Saturday, but it is yet to be confirmed how man entrepreneurs showed up on that day.

Those who have refused to re-register will be forced to either fire their hired employees (if they are not their relatives) or to register under the general conditions.
