The man’s driving license was suspended for 48 months, until the end of August 2016. He was caught drunk in his car a month and a half ago and was fined for 3.5 million roubles. The man will have to stand trial now. By the way, he refused form a medical check-up.
His car is in a car pound now, Hrodna Province driving inspectorate reports.
