Charlie Hebdo memorial defaced in Paris

Vandals have defaced the memorial to Charlie Hebdo terrorist act victims installed in the Place de la République in the center of the French capital. It has happened four times in a fortnight, Gazeta.ru reports.

Activists had not reported report the first acts of vandalism but the attempts to deface the memorial continued. The police are investigating the incidents now.

The office of the satirical weekly magazine Charlie Hebdo was attacked on January 7. 12 people were killed by brothers Kouachi on that day.
