The head of the Central Election Commission Lidziya Yarmoshyna said that conflicts and provocations during the voting period in the Belarus presidential elections could be coming from a single center.

"It seems that the observers who create conflict situations, have received instructions in the same center," interfax.by quoted Yarmoshyna. The official believes that "certain political forces deliberately provoke conflicts." She says that it was different in the previous elections.

During early voting, some observers, according to the CEC chair, demanded to have video recording of the voting process during the the opening time of the polling stations. According to these observers, the number of voters who actually came to the stations did not actually match the number of persons on the voting lists.

And on Sunday morning, a number of observers required to change the order of counting. At the same time Yarmoshyna noted that conflicts occur only in certain polling stations.
