Russian convoy approaches Ukraine border

The column of 280 white KamAZes that is almost 3 kilometres long entered Voronezh at night. The drivers made a break there, BBC reports. It is still not clear how the humanitarian aid will get to Ukraine.

The Russian humanitarian convoy should give the cargo to representatives of the Red Cross at the Ukrainian border. The column is not supposed to cross it.

However, nothing was said about the process of delivery in the message distributed by the Russian MFA on Tuesday evening. According to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ‘the column will cross the border and continue its way under the aegis of the Red Cross’.
