Fourth criminal case started against Silvio Berlusconi
The accusation states that telephone calls of Berlusconi's political opponents got to the media upon his initiative.
Berlusconi claims that he knew nothing about this phone call's contents and did not order to make it public, reports ВВС.
The former Italian PM was a subject of three other criminal cases before this - he is accused of corruption, tax evasion and sexual relations with an underage prostitute.
Berluskoni's lawyers say that "this trial will end in nothing, like all the other trials". The trial will start on March 15.
