Face-to-face interrogation conducted upon case of Dashkevich and Lobau

According to Dzianis Lazar, the conversation with the investigator and the casualties lasted for about an hour. The casualties’ (Malyshau and Savitski) testimony contradicts Dzianis Lazar’s testimony. Dzianis recognized Malyshau, but he could not state for sure that Savitsky had been there as well, the "Young Front" press-center informs.

According to Dzianis Lazar’s testimony, Malyshau hit Dashkevich in the stomach on the spot, while Zmitser beat no one. Malyshau claims that it was Dashkevich who started a fight with him. According to Dzianis Lazar, Malyshau was well-prepared to the face-to-face interrogation: he turned the investigator’s attention to numerous circumstances and nuances, tried to find faults in Dzianis’ testimony, asked to record all his remarks in the protocol. According to the casualties, Edward hit Savitski in the shoulder, trying to get to his face, and then Edward Lobau allegedly pulled the cap onto Savitski’s face and hit him in the head with a
jimmy.

One person out of those who claim to be casualties – Savitski - had a slight injury, a scratch with no further complications.

Dzianis Lazar was acquainted with the results of the expertise of the jimmy (a short crow bar). A lot of blurred fingerprints had been found on it. According to the investigator, a Chief Lieutenant Aliashkevich, the more detailed expertise can take a year and a half.

"I’ve told everything like it was. There is no way Dashkevich and Lobau can say something different," — Dzianis Lazar is convinced. — If everything goes well, Dashkevich and Lobau will be released in the end of February."
