“We need general workers, we do not need people with higher education," Euroradio expected some other offers from the Palace of Railwaymen.

It got even stranger:

“Vacancies for pensioners! Come, please! 2.8 millions for a cleaner."

"Atlant" is looking for people without any experience, "Minsktrans" needs drivers and ticket collectors and the National Airport complains that nobody wants the prestigious job of ... a luggage loader!

There were so many visitors that some of them decided to fill in questionnaires and look through the list of vacancies in the snackbar.

I also looked through the vacancies - most of them were for men. Women could become seamstresses, cleaners, sellers or mail carriers.

Nevertheless, university graduates can find some jobs too...

"Integral" needs about 300 specialists but the wages are very low. Engineers are offered only 2.5 millions a month.

It is possible to divide all the visitors into categories: young people without work experience - most of them are university graduates, hesitating adult men, elderly women and young female students.

The most popular vacancies are for metalworkers, loaders, drivers and cleaners. The average wages offered at the career event is 3 or 4 million roubles.
