President of European Commission threatens to expel Hungary from EU

President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker has threatened to expel Hungary from the EU if PM Viktor Orbán decides to introduce the death penalty, BBC reports. Orbán suggested that EU member states discussed the possibility of re-introducing the death penalty at the end of April.

At the same time, Juncker warned the EU that Greece could secede from the union. Such a step may decrease foreign investors trust in Europe, he believes. The President of the European Commission urged the IMF to help save the Greek economy.
