In the daytime, there will be Western wind, 4-9 meters per second, with windflaws of 15-18 meters per second in Vitsebsk region.
The air temperature at night will reach +6-12 C, in the daytime - +12-18 C (up to + 23 C in Homel region), BELTA informs.
