Difference in number of voters in protocol and journal in Minsk – 200
Observers have noticed the difference of 200 people in the journal and official protocol after the early vote at polling station #425 in Minsk Dambrouskaya constituency. There are 280 voters listed in the journal and 568 – in the official early vote protocol.
Committee member Yadviha Uholnik has confirmed the information to Euroradio. The polling station is situated in Minsk school #159.
