4 Belarusian rock musicians - Lavon Volski, Ihar Varashkevich, Zmicier Vaitsiushkevich and Pavel Arakelan - were detained at the crossing of Revalucyjnaja and Kamsamolskaja streets in central Minsk in the evening of  25 March. They had planned to begin a small gig at 1830 in the location. However, plainclothes agents warned they would treat the concert as an unauthorized event. The musicians were locked in a police van and taken away.

25 March is the Freedom Day in Belarus or 101 years since Belarusian National Republic, the short-lived first independent Belarusian state.
