21 major Eurozone banks fail ECB stress test

Nine Italian, three Greek and three Cypriot banks are unreliable.

123 European Banks were checked to find out whether they can survive one more financial crisis. 

The financial state of the banks at the end of 2013 was checked and the total capital shortfall was $25 billion.

The banks have been given two weeks to send capital shortfall liquidation reports to the ECB, BBC reports.
