Corruption undermines the basement of the state power from inside, Sciapan Suharenka, the chief of the Belarus's security service KGB said at a gathering of the heads of law-enforcement agencies of this country. After the meeting, the KGB chief also noted that "corruputed officials have been noticed setting up schemes to drain money to foreign banks in the recent years", according to Interfax news agency.
