Zyuganov calls on Russians to see Belarus and China as a role model

Gennady Zyuganov, the leader of the Russian Communist Party, has described Russia as "weak as never before". He said this during his speech at the international meeting of communist and labor parties in the Belarusian capital Minsk, reports Interfax.

The Russian communist leader said the ideas of the 1917 October Revlution were the way out of the impass. In this regard, he reminded about the successes of China and "fraternal Belarus".

"Defiant and tiny Belarus has a common feature with huge China: the power of people for the people, not for the capital", Zuyganov said.

According to the Russian communist, "the success of the socio-economic model of Belarus is a sentence to the current Russian regime".
