Vyachaslau Siuchyk fined Br9 mln for National Flag March

Minsk's Central District Court has ruled to fine the leader of the movement Together Vyachaslau Siuchyk 9 million roubles (50 base amounts) for the National Flag rally held in the centre of Minsk on October 10. The opposition politician was returned guilty of violating the order of organization of mass events, BelaPAN reports.

Siuchyk learnt about the fine from journalists. He had not even been summoned to court, he said.

Leader of the United Civil Party Anatol Lyabedzka was yesterday also fined Br9 million for the National Flag rally.
