Volleyball star found dead in Spain
Dutch volleyball star Ingrid Visser and her partner Lodewijk Severein have been found buried near the Spanish city of Murcia.
The local police have arrested three people in connection with the apparent killing of the couple, BBC reports.
Viser and Severein disappeared from their hotel in Murcia about two weeks ago. The disappearance of Visser sparked intense interest in the Netherlands. Volunteers in Spain had plastered the streets and shops of Murcia with posters seeking information in order to help investigators.
Ingrid Visser was a sportswoman who played the biggest number of games for the Dutch volleball team.
