US to impose sanctions on countries that protect Snowden?

According to BELTA, Congressman from South Carolina, Republican Lindsey Graham has come up with such initiative. It is informed that the draft bill contains just one claim - a suggestion on cooperation with the US State Department on the possible sanctions against any state that provides asylum to the ex-CIA officer. In this case, sanctions means withdrawal of preferences and privileges in the trading relations with the US. The draft bill is executed in the form of an amendment to the law on financing of the US foreign policy activity in 2014.

Snowden stays at the territory of Russia. He asked for asylum in 20 countries.
