UN General Assembly to discuss situation with human rights in Belarus
On October 23, the 69th session of the UN General Assembly in New York will hear a report of the Special Rapporteur Michel Forst.
And on October 28 there will be a Report of the Special Rapporteur on the situation in Belarus, Miklos Haraszti. In addition, special events will be held with the participation of human rights activists, human rights center Viasna reports.
On October 23 there will be held an event with the participation of representatives from Belarus and Ukraine. Our country is represented by Tatsiana Ravyaka, Ukraine - Alexander Matviichuk and Vadim Pivovarov.
On October 24th, a special event on human rights in Ukraine and Belarus, with the participation of the UN Special Rapporteur Miklos Haraszti, will be held at Columbia University in New York.
