Tree falls on mini bus in Vitsebsk, people injured (photo)
Strong winds pushes a tree on a van, leaving four people injured in Vitsebsk on November 4.
The tree was uprooted by a strong wind, the Emergency Control Ministry press service reports. It rammed a Gaz-32213 that was moving along the street. There were four people inside. Three of them managed to get out on their own. A 29-year-old man got an arm fracture and was taken to hospital.
A 52-year-old driver was stuck in the mini bus and rescuers had to use special equipment to take him out. The man is in Vitsebsk Province Hospital now.
