Swimming banned at 46 locations across Belarus
People are banned from swimming at 46 locations nation-wide, according to the National Center of Public Health. All major water reservoirs in the capital Minsk remain closed for swimming by the members of the public.
Last week Belarus banned swimming at 37 lakes and rivers, citing the increased level of bacteria that could cause stomach disorders.
Swimming is banned by the sanitary authorities after receiving two unsatisfactory test results from one location, reports Belapan.
