Sociologists: More Belarusians want to emigrate
13% of the world population would like to leave their countries for another one.
The survey conducted by Gallup on 2010-1012 in 154 countries testifies to it.
Sociologists denoted “the index of pure potential migration”. It is negative for some countries (more people would like to emigrate rather than immigrate) and positive for others (people would like to immigrate to these countries). Belarus’ index is -14%. The number of Belarusians willing to emigrate increased by 3% in the past few years, Radio Liberty reports.
