Russian PM did not visit Minsk although his visit had been announced

The Russian Prime Minister Igor Sechin who was supposed to visit Belarus this week has not arrived in our country. BelaPAN reminds that the vice Belarusian PM Uladzimir Syamahska claimed that he would visit Minsk during the first February week at the end of January. Sechin was said to be planning to discuss cooperation in the field of energy. In particular, Uladzimir Syamashka said they were going to sign an agreement on long-term cooperation in the field of gas and energy and on the construction of the Belarusian NPP.
