Russian actor to be sued for shooting at Ukrainian soldiers
Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov reported the criminal case on Facebook.
"The case against Porechenkov will be started tomorrow. I think that he will not be allowed to enter the country anymore. Then he will be announced wanted and we will see if he can travel in Europe after that,” the Minister said.
A video of Russian actor Mikhail Porechenkov visiting terrorists’ positions and shooting in the direction of Ukrainian troops appeared on the Internet yesterday. The actor was giving an interview to a Russian TV channel at that moment and confessed that he had been doing the same in Tskhinvali during Russia-Georgia conflict in 2008.
Mikhail Porechenkov is known for his parts in Russian series about special troops. He is also a Moscow Art Theatre actor.
