Varlamau pleads guilty of one count
He has admitted that he did not pay taxes in 2004-2011.
The tax evasion of 45 million roubles was discussed in court on February 7. The fashion designer said that he had already been fined for it.
He did not refute the fact that he had failed to pay 45 million roubles of taxes. "It is true, I overlooked it," Varlamau admitted.
Thus, Varlamau has pled guilty of it, Radio Liberty notes.
The trial will continue on Tuesday, February 12, at 10 a.m.
The famous fashion designer is accused of major fraud, misappropriation, tax evasion, power abuse and major larceny.
Sasha Varlamau was jailed on May 20, 2011. He was the director of the enterprise "Sasha Varlamau's Fashion Agency", used to head the BSU Youth Fashion Centre, etc.
