Russia loses $1,5-2,5 billion on Belarusian "dissolvents"
These figures have been provided by Russia's Minister of Energy Alexander Novak in an interview to the Russian newspaper Vedomosti.
According to his words reported by interfax.by, Belarus and Russia are actively negotiating over the balance of oil products shipment in 2013. Recently there was a conflict between the two states. The conflict was connected with shipment of Belarusian oil products, received from the fee-free Russian oil, to the third countries, disguised as dissolvents. Even Russia's PM Dmirti Medvedev interfered into the conflict and urged to clarify the situation with the oil machinations.
