Lukashenko's personal doctor Alena Kazak has been part of the Belarusian strongman's inner circle for many years.

According to independent media reports, in 2020 she travelled around Minsk courtyards together with Dzmitry Baskau and Natallia Eismant, cutting white and red ribbons. Kazak's phone number was also spotted at Plošča Pieramien on the day Raman Bandarenka was killed.

On her social media, she rails against "rotten Western values": "I don't want thoughts imposed from the West to cloud the minds of my people. I want people to finally switch their brains on and start appreciating what they have!" But in real life, Kazak leads an extraordinarily lavish lifestyle, including in EU countries, investigative journalists from Buro have noted.

In Belarus, she drives a premium BMW X5 in the G05 body style. The approximate price of this car is around $60,000. At the Bergamo restaurant, she was spotted in a dress from the Australian luxury brand Zimmermann, which costs around €1,000 without a discount. Her look was complemented by a Van Cleef & Arpels gold bracelet with mother-of-pearl, worth €5,300.

While playing golf, Lukashenko's doctor was photographed in an understated outfit — though it was complemented by a duo of a ring and earrings from Cartier, together worth almost €8,000. Her left wrist was also adorned with a watch closely resembling the Panthère de Cartier model — worth almost €33,000.

In another photo shoot, journalists spotted a watch on Kazak that resembles the Royal Oak model from the premium Swiss watchmaker Audemars Piguet — worth €27,500.

Expensive accessories worth thousands of euros adorn Lukashenko's doctor on her foreign trips as well — for example, in August 2026 in Cannes on the Côte d'Azur. There, journalists noticed a Hermès Constance bag (approximately €8,500), Cartier sunglasses (€1,200), sandals (€635), a silk scarf from the French fashion house Celine (€490), a Van Cleef & Arpels bracelet (€7,100) and a Cartier bracelet (€8,100).

In May 2026, she vacationed in Paris, and in June — in the Maldives.

As previously reported, Alena Kazak is the new owner of the Lihmaton pharmacy chain. This company previously belonged to businessmen close to Lukashenko — Pavel Tapuzidis and Viktar Piatrovich.

She also owns the firm Montpart (the Antiage Clinic aesthetic medicine clinic). Kazak acquired this company from hockey player Pavel Bely and another of Lukashenko's doctors — Sviatlana Kanashenka.

She also owns the firm Amalgem, which is engaged in the sale of cosmetological equipment.

The fate of Lukashenko's personal doctors

From 1994, Iryna Abelskaya was Lukashenko's personal doctor for many years. She is the mother of the politician's youngest son, Nikolay Lukashenko. She now heads a medical centre for top officials and is a co-owner of a private gymnasium in Minsk.

Lukashenko's personal doctor also included the aforementioned Sviatlana Kanashenka. She was frequently spotted with expensive branded items and was also linked to several businesses.
