Movement for Freedom website blocked
watch.pyx.by/ that monitors election at 'boycotted' Constituency No 101 in Minsk is also off.
The websites were switched off at 1220 Belarus time.
The press office of the Movement for Freedom reports this happened after the press conference where movement's deputy chairman Yuras Hubarevich announced the monitoring results after 5 days of early voting. The difference between the early voting estimates from independent observers and electoral commissions is almost 3000 voters.
