Luxirious train starts from Minsk with closed toilet

The first luxirous electric train started from Zaslaue to Minsk at 6.37 a.m. on July 1. The Belarusian railways at last started test exploitation of the Swiss train, bought a year ago.

The new format of city transportation prescribes soft armchairs, laptop sockets, a monitor with information about the speed, temperature, next stop, and the price of 2 thousand roubles for a ticket to any of the stops. There's no free access to the Internet in the train.

Also, bio-toilets were closed in this luxirous train's carriages. One of the first passengers of the train Ilya has informed this to Euroradio. May be this can be explained by the test regime of the exploitation - they simply might have forgotten to open the doors to the toilets.

Ilya also complained it was hot in the train, they failed to provide proper air conditioning.

The new train will go upon the route "Minsk Passenger - Belarus Station (Zaslaue) with the following stops: Minsk Northern, Masiukoushchyna, Liabiazhy, Zhdanovichy, Minsk sea, Ratamka, Kryzhouka, Zialionae. The train starts from Minsk at 7:05, 8:57, 17:15 and 19:10, from Zaslaue - at 8:02, 10:12, 18:05, 20:10.
