Luxembourg has highest life level in EU
The level of life in this country is 50% higher than the average one in the EU countries.
According to the report published by the European Statistics Agency, Great Britain, Germany, the Netherlands and Austria got to the top 5 as well.
The main criterion was the level of the population's expenses for individual consumption, including all the goods and services which the citizens used. It did not matter whether they paid themselves or the state paid for them, informs Telegraph.
